Strangely enough I have a working blog and did a trip where I could take some good photos at the same time.  Day 1, well day 2 after a long travel day and 14 hours of sleep, hiked up through Avalanche Creek/Gorge and saw Avalanche lake.  I originally had the telephoto lens on since I was doing nature, then I got to see how truly large the Rocky Mountains are and had to switch to the normal 18-50mm.  Still working/tweaking some shots, but wanted to post while I was actually on the road!
